Real Palacio

 

This is the official residence of the King of Spain. Located in Madrid, it is used for various state ceremonies.

 

La Concha

 

This city beach is considered one of the best in Europe. It is well-known for its surfing facilities. The beach is protected from strong winds by cliffs surrounding it.

 

Alhambra

 


This palace and fortress complex is located in Granada, Andalusia. It was built for the last Muslim Emirs in Spain and stands as a symbol of Muslim art. The interiors are decorated with calligraphy and arabesques.

 

Ibiza

 

This island is located in the Mediterranean Sea off the coast of Spain. It is the third largest Balearic Island. This popular party destination is famous for its beach bars, restaurants and night clubs.

 

Sagrada Familia

 

This large Roman Catholic Church is located in Barcelona. The construction of the Basilica, which began in the year 1882, is still going on. Twenty two different types of stone have been in construction of this huge church.

 

El Escorial

 

Located in the town of San Lorenzode El Escorial, it is a historical residence of the King of Spain. Today it functions as monastery, royal palace, school and museum. It comprises two architectural complexes.

 

Aqueduct of Segovia

 

Also known as the aqueduct bridge, it is a Roman monument which transfers water from Fuente Fria River to the city.
