Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden

Nestled at the foot of the Table Mountain, this garden includes a large indoor greenhouse exhibiting plants from a number of regions. Mountaineering is a popular activity in this garden.

Mostert’s Mill

This historic windmill is located in Mowbray, on the slopes of Devil’s Peak. It is a three-storey tower mill. Built in 1796, it is the oldest surviving windmill in South Africa. The windmill is open to public on one Saturday a month.
